Mohindra College All Set To Start Community College

Community Colleges are parallel education system with aim to empower the youth via skill-based education theory. Government Mohindra College, selected amongst the 200 colleges to kick-start the colleges in the country, has announced the beginning of the Community College be the next academic session.

According to Principal Sukhbir Singh Thind, due to these colleges, youth will get help in developing skills for employment and self-employment ability.

The courses offered will be short-duration credit based module levering the National Vocational Education framework to help facilitate the growing employment sector.

The Learners will get tailor-made industrial coverage. They will also be able to adopt a flexible entry and exit system.

The Principal also said that apart from being a source of education development, the college will also help in providing skillful employment force.
