if u want to make a library card then u have to fill out a small form and get it signed and stamped by a gazetted government official along with depositing rs500 as security in the library…u can get the form from the library itself…..hope this helps

Sir i want to join as a member of patiala cetral state library but library authorities said to attested the form from a gazzetted officer and after reading lines in the form that ” I personly known to him if he (candidate)will not return the book i will be responsible ” any gazzeted officer is not ready to sign the form and how an officer took the responsibility of an unknown person . Library authorities said it is mendatory . I m in puzzle plss tell me the way and tell me who is the admin. Head of the library
anyone can go there but if you want any book then you need a library card otherwise you can sit and read inside the library hall. such a beautiful building and silent atmosphere.

This library converted me from a rehri wala to a Section Officer. I studied from 12 th to MA as a private candidate with the help of this library.
