ABVP Workers Burn Pawan Bansal’s Effigy

Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP) Nabha under the aegis of head Gopal Dhir burnt an effigy of rail minister Pawan Bansal on Tuesday.

Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad workers gathered at the Nabha bus stand and burnt the effigy.

While criticizing the police for lodging fake FIR against the workers, Mr. Gopal Dhir stated that the congress is a corrupt party and with this new scam, they have proved themselves again.

He added that with the latest rail promotion scam, the deaf and dumb heads of congress including Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi are making efforts to protect the cheaters once again.

Under pressure the police have taken a biased action, he said.

The ABVP demanded an impartial investigation into the case in order that innocent activists could be saved from harassment.
