Anil’s Word: BJP Employees Equal Partners In Ruling Coalition

The Bharatiya Janata Party has made him its man in command of Patiala and Rajpura regions, where they party has feeble mass stand. Joshi, who possesses Rashtriya Swayamsewak Sangh (RSS) backdrop, talked with both general staff and office-bearers.
“I am a minister because of your backing,†he told the workers. “I know my powers as minister and associate of the legislative assembly (MLA),†he said. “I will get you equal share in power.â€
The BJP got a beating in the two constituencies during the past assembly polls. To add insult to injury, the alliance associate, the Shiromani Akali Dal (SAD), pitted alternate applicants against its candidates in the municipal polls. The BJP’s tally reduced to 8 from 12 during the preceding competition.
State party president Kamal Sharma had assigned all ministers to look after particular regions where the mass base required escalation, Joshi told the media. “Patiala is a Hindu-dominated region and we propose to spurred the party here. “I will visit Patiala on a regular basis and make sure that the BJP workers obtain due respect,†he added.
Joshi said that to defeat the Congress in the next Lok Sabha election in Patiala, his strategy was to work on unity. He denied that the SAD had ignored its coalition partner. “As MLA in the last term additionally, I got maximum grants for my electorate from CM Parkash Singh Badal. We are equal associates,†he said.
Together with cabinet minister Surjit Singh Rakhra, he also met with industry delegates from Patiala and, in that gathering, decided to build up industrial clusters in the Patiala area. He noticed the industrialists’ complaints.
