Brahm Mohindra Fears Rigging In Counting

Stating that there was widespread rigging during the polling, the Congress apprehends that ruling party can manipulate counting of votes to their advantage on May 21.

Mr. Brahm Mohindra, Congress MLA from Patiala (rural), stated across-the-board aggression at Patran, Shutrana and Samana showed that Akalis made use of every mean to manipulate polling.

“Congress supporters, however, put a brave front and managed to cast their votes. Akalis will see massive defeat in many segments,” he added.

“We have come to know that the Akalis will now try to manipulate counting of votes. The election staff says political representative will sit five feet away from the counting tables, then who will ensure that counting is fare,” Brahm Mohindra also said.
