DC, SSP Foil Poll Booth Capturing Bid By Akalis

Timely interference of deputy commissioner (DC) GK Singh and senior superintendent of police (SSP) HS Mann halted a poll booth capturing bid by the hubby of Vanider Kaur Loomba, local MLA, official sources stated.

An official spokesperson said that when tales of commotions were reported from restic zone Thaurwa in Patran, the deputy commissioner and SSP instantly instructed GK Singh of Patran HS Gill to reach the spot.

GK Singh has reportedly controlled the situation. The son of Congress applicant got hurt during the fight.
