District Congress Committees To Be Refurbished After Election, Says Partap Singh Bajwa

Mr. Partap Singh Bajwa, Punjab Pradesh Congress Committee (PPCC) chief stated that a few district Congress committees (DCCs) would be refurbished after the May 19 polls. There would be a reshuffling in the Punjab Pradesh Congress Committee in addition, he added.

While talking to people during a poll gathering arranged by Congress MLA Brahm Mohindra in Alowal village, Mr. Partap Singh stated that any head functioning hard for the party would be rightfully honored.

“We will ensure that those who work hard get due value as this will also end infighting, if any”, he said.

The Punjab Pradesh Congress Committee chief added that in spite of veiled menaces by the Shiromani Akali Dal management and the gigantic “mistreatment” of authorized machinery by the prevailing coalition, the Congress would not take out from the election procedure. He damned the Punjab CM for the “collapse of rule and order”.
