Keep Pakistani Prisoners Away From Indian Prisoners
Sarabjit Singh’s demise after a wicked assault in a Pakistani prison actuated protests crosswise the country on May 02, with individuals hitting the avenues in Punjab, Jammu, Bihar and Kolkata.
After this accident, the key orders have been passed that Pakistani prosoners should be kept away from Indian prisoners.
DGP Jail Rajpal Meena told that there are around 57 Pakistani prisoners detained in various Punjab jails.
He said that due to the security of Pak prisoners, an order has been passed to keep them away from Indian prisoners.
For the time being, the Pak prisoners will not be allowed to come out of their barracks.
Patiala Central Jail Supt. Bhupinder Singh Virk also told that the Pakistani hijackers (Abdul Latif, Yusuf nepali and Dilip Bhujel) of Indian Airline’s IAC-814 aeroplane, which got hijacked on December 24, 1999, have been detained in Patiala jail.
He stated that it has become vital to keep Pakistani prisoners away from the Indian prisoners.
No one has been permmitted to make entry in the area where these 3 prisoners are kept.
