Parsvnath Rolls Out New Housing Scheme In 20 Cities Including Rajpura

With the aim to magnetize clients and improve sales, Parsvnath Developers on May 09 rolled out a plan on 3,000 flats where purchasers will have to make a payment of around 25 per cent on booking and the remaining on possession.

The system would assist first-time purchasers as they do not have to bear the double financial load of paying house charge and rates of interest on home loan.

The realty giant anticipates sales revenue of around Rs2,100 crore from the said plan that is valid on 16 housing as well as 4 commercial projects for the next 45 days.

These 20 projects are situated in the national capital, Ghaziabad, Sonepat, Greater Noida, Dharuhera, Moradabad, Ujjain, Saharanpur, Bhiwadi, Panchkula as well as Rajpura.
