Preneet, Raninder Make Up For Amarinder’s Nonattendance In Patiala

With local MLA Capt Amarinder Singh preferring to keep himself away from electioneering, his wife and MP Preneet Kaur and son Raninder Singh have been functioning firmly to fill the void.

The mom-son pair continued a brief tour of Samana community and addressed a lot of rallies backing Congress applicants.

Gaining the polls on her home land would be fundamental for the Union Minister (Preneet) as these would set the tone for 2014’s parliamentary polls.

Amarinder’s son seemed leaving no stone unturned while attempting to inculcate buoyancy in the party cadre.

Raninder Singh lost the assembly polls from Samana to Surjit Singh Rakhra.

“The National Rifle Association of India working kept me busy in Delhi, but I was in constant touch with the local leaders in the constituency,” he said.

Attacking at SAD, he stated: “You voted for them (SAD-BJP) but what did you get in return? Theirs is a government of liars. So, get ready to teach them a lesson on May 19 (polling day).”

The next to goal the ruling alliance was Preneet Kaur, “We will take SAD face-to-face and confirm they are not capable of succeeding in their evil designs to win the polls by rigging.”

At some distance from the Congress gathering, Rakhra gagged that voters in his community would not even know the Congress heads “who only put a hem on election eve.”

“I have been working round the clock and despite my engagements as a Cabinet Minister, I make it a point to attend each and every person from Samana on a priority.”
