UPA Govt Is Disregarding Punjab, Says Harsimrat Kaur Badal

Mansa: Shiromani Akali Dal MP Harsimrat Kaur Badal stated that the UPA administration is completely disregarding Punjab in distribution of funds for expansion works.

“Although the state have been contributing 90% of its income to the national exchequer, in reply it (the state) is obtaining less than 1% of the overall allotment of the central reserve for states,” wife of Punjab’s Deputy CM Sukhbir Singh Badal said in a statement.
