WHO Functionary In Patiala To Check Practicality Of Welfare Plan

Patiala: Dr Poonam Khetrapal, World Health Organisation (WHO) Deputy Regional Director for South East Asia, reached the city (Patiala) in order to study the troubles confronted by the administration in enforcing the Rashtriya Swasthya Bima Yojna (RSBY).
