Bsnl Broadband (Customer Care)

I am a resident of 78-C Block c, Omaxe City Patiala, Punjab. It seems that it’s been more than 2 months since I requested a Broadband connection for my home, but no one paid any heed. We are unfortunate that we only have BSNL in our area hence we can only request you, people.

Please let me know what is the criteria to make you people listen. and provide a Broadband connection at my home.
