dear sir, my mother has rasoli in her chest. govt doctor says that its only alryt with opration. my mother has BPL Card. but when my mother want 2 admit in civil hospital nabha. the BPL machine has some problem. so our BPL card did not swap. the machine employee said. one week require for machine will be ok. but no response from patiala district. please help us.
