My name is Simranpreet Singh Sangha and I have been a customer of Titan Eye Plus for over 10 years I have never experienced such rude behavior from any of your staff members. I have purchased merchandise from Titan worth over 1 lakh.
This time I asked Titan Patiala to change my glasses as it’s been some time since I have got them changed and there were scratches on them. They took over 1 week to procure the glasses and never called me to tell me that the glasses had arrived. I myself called them to check as 1 week had already passed.
Then on the 10th Feb morning, I went to get them changed, and they said it was a long procedure and would take 1 day, so we will call you tomorrow when we get them fixed.
Today, no one called me and again I called them at 7:30 PM and asked them why they didn’t call. They said they called but there is no call record, I asked that you could have called 2 times if the first instance person didn’t pick and at this, Mr. SUMIT RAWAT told me that they had plenty of more clients and they don’t have time to call twice!!!
He was very blunt and extremely RUDE! I have never experienced such kind of behavior in a long time.
I WANT AN EXPLANATION FOR THIS BEHAVIOUR!!!!
I WOULD BE POSTING ON ALL THE SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS WHAT KIND OF STAFF YOU HAVE.
