We had come from Delhi to solemnize the marriage of our daughter.We express our deep anguish & concern over the deficiency in service & unprofessional treatment meted out.
You have conspired in concert with a machevillian person of sick mind. This was not an aberration.This was well planned & executed thought. There is a history to such behaviour with the person. No one can remain oblivious to this obnoxious & measley act of your’s to undermine our presence & participation. we have paid you a hefty amount ,you quoted as a rent for the use of GUNTAS FARMS. you surreptitiously encroached upon my space without my permission to hijack the occasion & create false impression about host.
I had enough reasons in few of yours unsolicited, unpleasant & unwelcomed acts & ommisions. Guided by these facts & sense of a common man I am directed to register my protest & reserve my rights to arbitration.
1. Despite my repeated requests,you have not issued me a gist of terms & conditions, Bills for detailed expenses, receipt for advance payment made as rent for the use of GUNTAS FARMS & receipt for full &final payment. The vendor is bound by law to issue receipt/Bill for payment received in lieu of goods/services/rent for all amount received in excess of Rs50/-
2. My several requests to place a placard/board at a prominent place near entrance of the FARM HOUSE with the name of BRIDE/GROOM/HOST were blown to oblivion without any cogent reasons.You were vainly explained that this was neccessary to help/guide my guests coming for first time in PATIALA &tomake them comfortable that they are at right place. This is deficiency in service & harrassement to my guests &damage to my reputation.
3. You have conspired in concert for reasons known to you to undermine my presence & participation. This has damaged my reputation & inflicted deep hurt.
4. You have encroached upon my space without my permission to give different colour to the occasion.
I again request you toplease issue me the receipts/Bills for the expenses & payment i made towards the rent of your farm house.
