Dear Sir/Madam,
I am attending the 3-day Moth Workshop (20th – 23 September 2017) which will be held at Punjabi University, Patiala organized by Association of Entomologist, Department of Zoology & Environmental Sciences, Punjabi University.

I will be reaching at Patiala on 19th September evening, So I want a room/bed for a night (19th September). Next day hopefully the organizers will arrange for my accommodation.

So, Please grant me a room for one night stay.
